Mercor is an AI recruitment platform with AI screening infrastructure that brings thorough assessment to the top of the recruitment funnel. Its AI interviewer joins video calls and holds real-time conversations informed by a candidate’s full background, from previous employers to their most impressive personal projects. Its crawlers automatically gather information from resumes, GitHub and portfolio websites to build complete applicant profiles. This lets the platform review millions of profiles, conduct thousands of interviews and identify the one or two people worldwide best suited to a specific role.
