xskill from SkillNerds is a skill hub that lets skills evolve across agents. One install hooks every agent on a team into an evolution loop: capture strengths as skills, push them to people who need them like a feed, and apply gray-release ideas so skills improve from failures and real usage. 我是来自 SkillNerds 的 stone Meng，我们开发了一款能让 skill 自己进化的工具：xskillhttps://github.com/SkillNerds/xskill一行命令，所有 agent (包括团队里别人的）都会接入进化。pip install xskill && xskill servexskill 并不是一个 skill，而是一个skillhub 程序。对于开发者团队：它是团队内的天眼系统，能把所有人长处变成一堆 skill 然后像抖音一样把skill 推送给需要的人。对于个人开发者：它也是一个 agent 伴侣，能够兼容市面上几乎所有 agent，让他们具有自进化的能力，从失败中总结提炼 skill 并根据实际的用户体验进行更新。xskill 最亮眼的点就是，将灰度测试的思想应用在了 skill 的进化上，从数学角度确保了 skill 能够带给大家越来越好的体验，而不是像 hermes 一样生后不管。xskill 的目标用户重点是开发者团队，能够共建一个 skill 资产库并低成本维护和进化。
