Team: SeaFogAI was founded in 2022 by Chinese AI researchers and interdisciplinary specialists with overseas study backgrounds. Develops proprietary AI models and cross-disciplinary applications to bring frontier technology to the real economy and support sustainable digital development. Project: Inspired by Chinese pictographic writing, its proprietary general generative model PaCaNet fuses traditional arts including calligraphy, painting, music and text. The initial version combines visual information in painting with linguistic features of calligraphy, offering cross-modal art creation and new ways to study and promote traditional works. Aims to preserve and revitalize culture, accelerate digital transformation and strengthen global influence. Plans to incorporate traditions from different peoples and countries into a universal cultural-fusion generative model. Plans to establish an AI R&D company through the competition and expects government policy funding of several hundred thousand yuan. Drawing on Xi’an’s cultural heritage and Silk Road history, hopes to make the city a new center for cultural fusion in the technological era. Official mini program Mojiezuo has completed filing and was expected to begin private beta in mid-month 10.
