PilotDeck is an agent operating system jointly open-sourced by Tsinghua University's THUNLP lab, ModelBest (Mianbi), OpenBMB, and AI9stars. With WorkSpace as its core design, PilotDeck gives every project its own filesystem, memory store, and skill set for parallel multitasking with physical isolation. It supports white-box memory, smart routing that assigns models dynamically, and 24-hour Always-on resident tasks, with measured cost savings of 70%+, plus edge-cloud collaboration and automatic on-device model deploy—so AI grows from a chat toy into a real productivity tool.
