Overview

CodeDrobe is a theme and personalized platform for AI workbench, allowing users to safely skin Codex, WorkBuddy and other desktop tools, create freely, and restore the native interface at any time without modifying the official application. AI is changing the way we work. More developers, designers, and content creators are spending hours every day collaborating with AI assistants like Codex and WorkBuddy. They are no longer just occasional open tools, but are gradually becoming a digital workspace for users to stay in for a long time. But these increasingly clever tools have almost identical interfaces. Users can change wallpapers for their phones, install themes for their editors, and set up desktops for their computers, but it's hard to make the AI workbench they use every day truly fit their aesthetic, status, and work habits. Someone tried to manually modify the CSS, replace the app file, or even modify app.asar directly. These methods not only have a high threshold, but may also fail after the app is updated, or even cause the app to fail to launch. Beautiful themes are hard to install, hard to share, and hard to recover safely. That's what CodeDrobe is trying to solve. CodeDrobe takes its name from Code vs. Wardrobe - it wants to be the “digital wardrobe” of the AI workbench.
