Import product docs, price lists, FAQs, or past scripts; it auto-segments and categorizes them for you to review and edit line by line before enabling. When answering, the AI only uses content you confirmed—fix the materials if they are wrong, rather than guessing what the model will say. For models, KADAdesk has quick setups for DeepSeek, SiliconFlow, Alibaba Cloud Bailian, Volcano Ark, OpenRouter, OpenAI, and any OpenAI-compatible API, using your own accounts with transparent costs. Day to day it sits at the screen edge as a desktop co-pilot and floating window: how many replies today, which need a glance, at a glance; one-click pause or emergency stop anytime, with customizable shortcuts. AI smart reception (reading new messages in desktop chat apps, drafting and sending replies, escalating refunds, complaints, and image/file cases to you) is in closed beta—use it with human oversight. macOS (Apple silicon) Beta is available for free trial; Windows is in closed beta.
