[What is Xiapan Lite] Xiapan Lite is the portable Lite edition of U-Claw (Lobster USB stick) that packs AI and PC maintenance tools onto a USB drive, based on open-source PicoClaw. No AI needs to be preinstalled on the PC—plug in the drive, double-click Xiapan.exe, and the local browser opens the UI: chat, write, and let AI read the machine's real state for health checks and troubleshooting. [Why] The slowest part of fixing a PC is diagnosis: what is wrong, which tool to open, how to read results. On a new machine AI tools and maintenance software must be reinstalled, re-logged-in, and reconfigured; offline is worse—online Q&A and downloads fail. Xiapan's answer is one USB stick: Agent, maintenance actions, tool list, model settings, wallet credentials, chats, and reports all live on the drive. Plug in to work on the current PC; unplug to take it away with no install footprint. [Highlights] 1.
