Earned an undergraduate degree in theoretical and applied mechanics at the University of Science and Technology of China’s School of the Gifted Young and a computer science doctorate there under Professor Liu Qi. Undertook joint training at Harvard Medical School under Professor Marinka Zitnik, followed by an AI postdoctoral role at Princeton University while also serving as an assistant professor at Hong Kong University of Science and Technology.
