Zhang Lei, founder and CEO of Stardust Data. Expert committee member at the national quality inspection and testing center for speech and image products, autonomous driving expert for the China Association of Productivity Promotion Centers, and graduate of Zhejiang University and George Washington University. A serial entrepreneur with more than 10 years of algorithm work at the World Bank, on Wall Street and in Silicon Valley, spanning finance, insurance, quantitative investing, risk models, AI and blockchain. Developed what the source describes as the world’s first equity investment robot; its underlying risk-control algorithms were used as stress-testing standards by the US Federal Reserve.
