Before founding Zero One Venture Capital, he served as a partner of Matrix Partners China, focusing on early-stage investments in the Internet, media and consumer goods. Before joining Jingwei, he served as a partner of Kleiner Perkins Caufield & Byers (KPCB) in China and a partner of TDF Capital. Before joining TDF Capital, he served as the chief financial officer of LycosAsia, a well-known Internet portal. He was responsible for the company's strategic planning, mergers and acquisitions projects including MyRice.com and dd.com, as well as many other businesses in China. He helped the company establish alliances with many brands such as Bertelsmann and Manchester United. Since 2004, famous investment projects include Baidu (Nasdaq: BIDU), Focus Media (Nasdaq: FMCN), AAC Acoustics (HKSE: 2018.HK), Kanghui Pharmaceuticals (Nasdaq: KH), A Music (HKSE: 0800.HK), Xicheng Media (acquired by Focus), Madhouse Inc, Zhaogang.com, Kuaidi Taxi, Dazzle, etc. Graduated from Murdoch University in Australia with a bachelor's degree in business, and also has the qualifications of a certified public accountant and a certified financial analyst (8, 8, 8).
