Founding Partner of Xianghe Capital. Former vice president of Baidu, fully responsible for Baidu's strategic investment and merger, conducted a series of strategic investment and merger projects with great influence in the Chinese Internet industry, including the acquisition of 91 Wireless ($ 1.9B), where to invest ($ 306mm), investing in iQiyi, acquiring PPS ($ 370mm), and acquiring glutinous rice website.
