At Alibaba, led development of intelligent decision-making customer rights support and operations research hub products. Built Alibaba’s integrity model system, supporting nearly 40 core businesses; led intelligent customer rights support that improved resolution efficiency and satisfaction; and incubated an operations research hub using advanced algorithms to schedule service resources for nearly ten thousand people. Founded AI company Shizai Intelligence in 2018, using advanced technology for product innovation. Holds nearly 90 high-quality invention patents and over 300 innovative intellectual property assets. The team’s AI capabilities are described as approaching leading domestic and international levels and have been recommended repeatedly in Gartner reports.
