Founding Partner of Photovoltaic Venture Capital Fund (formerly Photovoltaic Venture Capital Fund, now also known as Photovoltaic Venture Capital). 18 years of venture capital experience and 16 years of high-tech industry experience. Prior to founding Lightspeed Photosynthesis, he was a partner at Lightspeed US Venture Capital Fund and founded its Beijing office in 2008. Prior to joining Lightspeed USA, he was Director of Corporate Development at Google, responsible for strategic investments and mergers and acquisitions in Greater China and the Pan-Asia Pacific region. He also served as Google's Head of Asia Products and Google's Chief Representative for China. 2004 opened the Google China Office and led Google's early China business. He earned a bachelor's degree in physics from Fudan University, a master's degree in electrical engineering from Princeton University, and advanced management training from Stanford University. Led the early investment in Meituan (HK: 3690), Pinduoduo (NASDAQ: PDD), Baidu, Zhongji Xuchuang (SZ: 300308), WeiNiu (NASDAQ: Bull), HeSai Technology (NASDAQ: HSAI), Rong 360 (NYSE: JT), Liaison Interaction (SZ: 002280), etc.

光合创业投资基金（原光速光合创业投资基金，现亦称光合创投）创始合伙人。拥有18年风险投资经验和16年高科技行业经验。在创立光速光合之前，宓群是光速美国创业投资基金的合伙人，并于2008年创建其北京办公室。加入光速美国之前，宓群曾任谷歌企业发展部总监，负责公司在大中华区和泛亚太地区的战略投资和并购；还曾担任谷歌亚洲产品负责人及谷歌中国首席代表，2004年开办谷歌中国办公室并领导谷歌早期中国业务。在复旦大学跳级获得物理学士学位，在普林斯顿大学获得电子工程硕士学位，并在斯坦福大学获高级管理培训。主导早期投资了美团（HK:3690）、拼多多（NASDAQ:PDD）、百度、中际旭创（SZ:300308）、微牛（NASDAQ:BULL）、禾赛科技（NASDAQ:HSAI）、融360（NYSE:JT）、联络互动（SZ:002280）等。
