Li Xinmeng, pen name Qingshan, is an inspirational young changemaker from the post ’00 generation, writer, poet, musician, public-benefit practitioner and serial entrepreneur. Focuses on disability inclusion and sustainable public-benefit work, combining technology and culture in a mission of technology for good and human warmth.
Initiated projects spanning community empowerment, inclusion and cultural heritage. The Sunflower Plan inclusive community and Milo project bridge disabled people and wider society through skills training, employment matching and social settings. The Six Fingers team and Zhishan Original Art Community support minority groups and cultures, developing disabled artists’ potential and platforms for creation and exhibition. Through founded businesses Shisan Ciyuan Media Technology (Shanghai) and Haikou Xinxin Xiangmeng Cultural Development, integrates public-benefit work and technology, collaborating on faceAAC facial-control product design and AI accessibility tools.
Created the Shanzhi Culture Public-benefit Figures Plan and a Shanzhi program team to document disabled people’s stories through writing and video. Incorporates original songs Whose Who and Encounter, Resolve into public-benefit settings to promote inclusion. As a social entrepreneurship mentor and contracted mentor at Zhengdong’s university student innovation incubator, shares experience and encourages youth social service.
Recognized as an Industry Influential Figure in 2023 and listed at the eighth Public-benefit Ceremony. The Milo inclusion project received the 2023 Green Sustainable Development Model Enterprise Award and 2023 Public-benefit Award, and the company entered the 2023 Xiangguang Awards’ business-for-good directory. As a member of the China Future Research Institute and an FAO advocate, has attended international and domestic summits to promote inclusion across fields.
From forming a band at school to building diverse empowerment platforms, Li uses technology to empower communities and culture to build consensus, becoming a model for youth participation in public-benefit work.
