Roger Jiang, founder and CEO of Light Origins. Joined OpenAI as a Member of Technical Staff in 2019, becoming a core ChatGPT contributor and one of few Chinese scientists to experience its key technological evolution in full. Returned to China at the end of 2024 to establish Light Origins, focusing on Physical AI foundation models for embodied intelligence.

亮源新创（Light Origins）创始人兼CEO（Roger Jiang）。本科毕业于华中科技大学应用物理专业，后获马里兰大学帕克分校物理学博士，博士期间曾在美国国立卫生研究院（NIH）从事研究。此后转向人工智能领域，曾任职于AI芯片公司Mythic；2019年加入OpenAI，担任Member of Technical Staff，是少数完整经历ChatGPT关键技术演进周期的华人科学家、ChatGPT核心贡献者。2024年底回国创立亮源新创，聚焦具身智能基础模型（Physical AI基础模型）。
