# Jiang Xiansen

Mr. Paul Keung has served as an investment partner of Qiming Venture Capital and has been a member of the senior management of Rebate Network and iTutorGroup. Prior to joining Qiming, he served as Chief Financial Officer of Hong Kong Stock Exchange-listed company 1980 and New York Stock Exchange-listed company TaoMi (NYSE: TAOM). He also served as Chief Information Officer of Wyndham Hotel Group, and served as an independent director and chairman of the audit committee of several listed companies in the United States, Hong Kong and Taiwan. He is still an advisory board member of arm China. He was Head and Managing Director of Asia Investment Research at Oppenheimer and has held positions at Imperial Commercial Bank of Canada, Deutsche Morgan Grenfell, PaineWebber and others. Mr. Jiang holds a bachelor's degree in hospitality management from Cornell University and a master's degree in real estate from New York University.
