Founder, chairman and CEO of Chipintelli. Holds an undergraduate degree from the University of Electronic Science and Technology of China, a master’s in semiconductors from the Chinese Academy of Sciences and a master’s in electrical engineering from the National University of Singapore. Formerly deputy head of R&D at Hisense’s chip business. Founded Chipintelli at the end of 2015 and introduced the world’s first on-device AI voice chip integrating its own NPU.
