Chen Min, founder and CEO of PhotonPay, has more than a decade in internet and fintech, combining technical expertise with business judgment.
Began at Baidu, leading architecture and R&D for payment systems and risk-control and compliance platforms. Subsequently co-founded LeCloud Pay, providing core technology to WeChat Pay, Alipay, QQ Pay and multiple mainland Chinese banks.
Founded PhotonPay in 2015 to build a next-generation global financial operating system. Under his leadership, it became an international fintech platform serving over 200 thousand enterprise customers in more than 200 countries and regions, with over 10 branches worldwide.
Honors include 36Kr East Forward’s 2025 Global Expansion Innovator, Top 10 Leaders From Fintech Startups in Hong Kong in 2025, WISE2024’s New Generation Business Pioneer, the Jingming Award for Outstanding Global Expansion Leader and EqualOcean’s list of 30 overseas service leaders.
