# Liu Yong

Liu Yong, male, Han Chinese, Communist Party member, born in 1982/8. Holds a bachelor’s degree in computer science and technology from Harbin Institute of Technology and an MBA from Tsinghua. Founder and CEO of Fanyou Online Technology (Chengdu).
Career: after graduating in 2005, joined ZTE, serving as technical support engineer, project manager in Ethiopia, European MTO engineering and services director, deputy general manager for Belgium and Luxembourg, and program director. Participated in Chinese telecom companies’ overseas expansion in Africa and Europe. Later held overseas user operations director, marketing operations head and AI platform head roles at Changyou, Baidu and Tencent, gaining experience in advertising distribution, user operations and AI platforms.
Joined an energy internet venture in 2017, completing development in three months and reaching a million in revenue in its first month online.
Founded Fanyou in 2020 around technology and traffic. Recognized as a national high-tech enterprise, national technology SME, Sichuan specialized SME and Chengdu High-tech Zone gazelle. Revenue is in the tens of millions, with businesses in digital entertainment, AI, smart health, IP incubation, traffic marketing and investment.
Honors and roles: Model China’s Ten Young Sichuan Entrepreneurs in 2023; entrepreneurship leader under the Rongcheng Talent Program in 2024; young technology innovation mentor at Harbin Institute of Technology’s business school.
