# Noumena raises tens of millions of CNY strategic funding led by Huabao New Energy

On 2026/9/3, Xinhua reported that AI marketing growth intelligence company Noumena had announced tens of millions of CNY in new strategic funding led by Huabao New Energy, a leader in portable energy storage and consumer solar-storage products. Funds would scale enterprise AI marketing methodology BOOT and develop vertical marketing models. Founded in 2023, it focuses on AI agents for brand growth decisions and serves consumer electronics, beauty and personal care, medical aesthetics and health. Its founder and CEO is Pei Nisi.
