On July 14, 2026, per Hadrius, investment advisor and broker-dealer compliance automation company raised $22M in a Series A led by CRV with Y Combinator and Pathlight Ventures, bringing public funding to $27M. The company was co-founded by Thomas Stewart, Som Mohapatra and Allen Calderwood, who previously ran an SEC-regulated investment advisory.
