# Cleo launches 3.0 upgrade, reaches USD 280 million ARR

In 2025/8, LinkedIn reported that AI personal finance assistant Cleo had reached USD 280 million in annual recurring revenue, doubling revenue within a year and becoming profitable. It launched Cleo 3.0, combining reasoning models and more than 200 backend tools for voice interactions and AI financial advice.
