# Codeium, later renamed Windsurf, raises USD 150 million Series C; paid enterprise ARR reaches eight figures

On 2024/8/29, Codeium officially announced USD 150 million in Series C funding at a USD 1.25 billion valuation. Its paid enterprise product grew ARR from zero to eight figures in USD in under a year, more than 500% above the beginning of the year. It was later renamed Windsurf.
