# Baidu strategically invests in Qimao Novels, takes stake in Shanghai Qimao Culture Media

Baidu’s investment and acquisition division made a new investment in Shanghai Qimao Culture Media, the company behind Qimao Novels. Dazi County Bairuixiang, 100% owned by Baidu, was the second-largest shareholder with a 37.36% stake.
