On 2026/10/7, PR Newswire reported that Automation Anywhere had announced an agreement to acquire enterprise conversational AI company Boost.ai from Nordic Capital, with the transaction amount undisclosed and closing expected in the fourth quarter of 2026. This was its second AI acquisition after acquiring Aisera at the end of 2025.
