# Baidu-affiliated fund takes stake in Popi AI-related Shanghai Ciyuan Moyin Technology

Tianyancha business registration changes showed that Shanghai Ciyuan Moyin Technology had added Baidu-affiliated Sanya Baichuan Zhixin Private Equity Investment Fund as a shareholder. This corresponded to the previously disclosed tens of millions of CNY in angel investment from Baidu Ventures.
