On October 9, 2026, per PR Newswire, on-premises cloud infrastructure company Oxide raised a $445M Series D led by Eclipse, with participation from USIT, Riot Ventures and Jane Street, joined by new investors including Atreides Management and AMD Ventures. The round values Oxide at $6B with roughly $835M total funding, to expand manufacturing and fulfill backlog.
