# Nongshang Environment plans staged CNY 200 million capital injection into Xinhe Zhihui, targets 51% stake

On 2024/5/13, Nongshang Environment announced a proposed CNY 200 million capital injection into Shanghai Xinhe Zhihui in installments over 16 months, ultimately subscribing for a 51% stake. Its first-half 2024 report said it had not yet been executed, and its annual report said it was still being advanced. This must not be described as a completed acquisition of the entire company.
