TechCrunch’s interview with Whoop’s founder confirmed USD 575 million in Series G funding at a USD 10.1 billion valuation. Its annualized bookings run rate reached USD 1.1 billion at the end of 2025, up 103% year over year. Bookings are not equivalent to realized revenue.
