# Xianyi Microelectronics Raises Tens of Millions RMB in Series A for High-Voltage Isolation Chips

According to 36Kr, on October 12, 2026, Shenzhen analog chip maker Xianyi Microelectronics raised tens of millions of RMB in a Series A round from Xizhou International, with IO Capital as financial advisor. The first Chinese company to break through high-reliability magnetic isolation technology, it will invest in new product R&D and channel expansion across AI infrastructure and embodied intelligence.
