# Yeats.AI Secures Pre-A Round

On September 11, 2026, Shanghai-based Yeats.AI, a developer of on-device Agentic and Physical AI compute infrastructure and NPUs, closed a Pre-A round co-led by Shenzhen Capital Group, HeLi Capital, TCL Ventures and CAS Star, bringing its three rounds in its first year to nearly RMB 1 billion in total.
