# Zhaochi plans bid of up to CNY 967 million for 63% of Fengxing Online

Zhaochi announced that management was authorized to bid up to CNY 967 million for the existing 63% stake in Fengxing Online held by Oriental Pearl. The amount was a bidding ceiling, not new funding for Fengxing Online.
