According to IT Juzi’s weekly investment report, a corporate registration change on 2024/5/7 added Baidu (China) as a shareholder in Guangmo Technology (Shenzhen), with registered capital rising from CNY 1 million to approximately CNY 1.14 million. The report did not disclose a transaction amount or funding round.
