# Embodied intelligence company PaXini files for IPO guidance, valuation exceeds ten billion

The China Securities Regulatory Commission’s website shows that PaXini AI Technology (Beijing) Co., Ltd. registered for IPO guidance with the Beijing securities regulator, with Guotai Haitong Securities as adviser. Tianyancha data shows it raised CNY 1 billion in Series B+ funding in month 8 of this year and several hundred million CNY in month 9, bringing total funding to more than CNY 4 billion. Previous investors included industrial investors BYD and JD Group, and its valuation exceeded ten billion.
