On 2026/9/10, Business Wire reported that Italian technology group Bending Spoons had announced a definitive agreement to acquire online collaboration platform Miro in an all-cash transaction at USD 1.355 billion enterprise value. Including Miro’s net cash, the corresponding equity value was approximately USD 1.79 billion.
