# DeepX completes first tranche of Series D at approximately USD 2.2 billion valuation

On 2026/8/3, IT Home reported that South Korean AI chip company DeepX had completed the first tranche of Series D funding at a valuation of approximately USD 2.2 billion. It planned to raise approximately USD 210 million more before month 9.
