# Drata reaches USD 100 million ARR

On 2025/2/12, TechCrunch reported that US security compliance automation platform Drata had disclosed USD 100 million in annual recurring revenue and acquired peer SafeBase for USD 250 million. From nearly USD 1 million ARR in 2021, it grew into an enterprise at the hundred-million-yuan scale within four years.
