# Jobright grows from $1M to $10M ARR in 10 months, launches AI Recruiter

On October 13, 2026, according to LinkedIn, Eric (Yuan) Cheng, co-founder of U.S.-based AI recruiting platform Jobright.ai, announced that the company grew its annual recurring revenue (ARR) from $1M to $10M in 10 months, with 3 million U.S. professionals now using the platform. The same day, the company officially launched its employer-facing AI Recruiter product, reporting a 15% candidate reply rate (vs. 4-5% for cold outreach) and 40% moving on to interviews. 120+ companies, including Perplexity, MediaTek, OpenArt AI and Qualified Health, have hired through Jobright.
