On 2025/11/10, Kaltura announced that it had signed an eSelf acquisition agreement on 11/5, with a maximum nominal value of USD 27 million including conditional performance and retention arrangements. A subsequent SEC filing confirmed closing on 2025/12/1. The accounting purchase price and the maximum nominal value at signing are different measures.
