On 2026/4/2, Forbes reported that telemedicine platform MEDVi had been started by Matthew Gallagher with USD 20 thousand, generated USD 401 million in revenue in 2025, and reached a USD 1.8 billion run rate in 2026. Only the two brothers operated it full time.
