# Cognition reaches USD 150 million ARR, raises USD 400 million

On 2025/9/9, X reported that AI coding company Cognition had raised USD 400 million at a USD 10.2 billion valuation, led by Founders Fund with participation from Lux Capital, 8VC and others. ARR surged from USD 1 million in 2024/9 to USD 150 million, while cumulative net cash burn since founding remained below USD 20 million.
