# Semiconductor materials firm Hexagonal Semiconductor raises over hundreds of millions of yuan Series C1

According to 36Kr, Hexagonal Semiconductor completed a Series C1 equity round of over hundreds of millions of yuan, jointly funded by Beijing Canglin Capital and Zhuji Industrial Investment Group; proceeds will fund frontier product R&D and capacity expansion, with a new 100-mu plant expected to start production in 2026-12.
