# Wiz expects USD 1 billion in ARR in 2025 (forecast)

In 2024/10, ARR Club recorded Wiz's forecast of USD 1 billion in annual recurring revenue in 2025, rather than actual performance at the time. Wiz had previously reached USD 100 million in ARR in approximately 18 months, and a separate report in 2024/7 put actual ARR at approximately USD 500 million. Google had proposed an acquisition for about USD 23 billion, but the deal had not closed at that time.
