# Replit raises USD 250 million at a USD 3 billion valuation, with USD 150 million in annual revenue

On 2025/9/11, Replit reported on its official website that the agentic AI software creation platform Replit raised USD 250 million in strategic funding at a USD 3 billion valuation, nearly three times its valuation in 2023. Prysm Capital led the round, with participation from Amex Ventures and Google's AI Futures Fund. Annual revenue grew from USD 2.8 million to USD 150 million.
