# Nscale raises USD 3.36 billion in pre-IPO funding

On 2026/9/25, Presspool reported that AI cloud provider Nscale completed USD 3.36 billion in pre-IPO convertible note financing, including a USD 1 billion commitment from NVIDIA, led by Third Point. USD 2.36 billion was payable at closing, with conversion to equity after the IPO.
