# LangChain raises USD 125 million in Series B funding at a USD 1.25 billion valuation

On 2025/10/20, LangChain reported on its official website that the LLM application development framework LangChain raised USD 125 million in Series B funding at a USD 1.25 billion valuation, led by IVP. CapitalG and Sapphire Ventures participated, alongside existing investors including Sequoia and Benchmark. The funds will support an agent engineering platform.
