# Series C and Scale | Cursor - The AI Code Editor

On 2025/6/6, Cursor officially reported that the AI code editor completed a USD 90 million Series C round at a valuation of USD 9.9 billion, co-led by Thrive, Accel, a16z, and DST. Its annual revenue currently exceeds USD 500 million, and it is used by more than half of Fortune 100 companies.
