# FLUX completes a JPY 4.4 billion Series B funding package including loans

In its official explanation in 2023, FLUX said the Series B package totaled JPY 4.4 billion, including loans, of which JPY 3.35 billion was equity funding. The old USD 32 million figure was a currency conversion.
