In September 2026, per Globes, cloud and application security company Upwind Security is set to raise $300M at a valuation of about $3.8B, led by Bessemer Venture Partners and TCV. The company was founded by Amiram Shachar and others; Shachar serves as CEO and previously founded Spot.io and other cloud infrastructure businesses.
