On 2025/11/11, LinkedIn reported that Clio, a Canadian legal cloud management platform, completed USD 500 million in funding and reached USD 400 million in ARR at a valuation of USD 5 billion. It completed a transaction as the acquirer and serves law firms and legal teams.
